The M271 is regarded as the main traffic route into Southampton with approximately 9,000 vehicles (commercial and private) per day travelling into Southampton, with the same number travelling northbound*.

Southampton Airport, with regular flights to many UK cities and European destinations, is only a 13-minute drive away.
